eStatement Questions
An eStatement is your monthly account statement which can be viewed online. It’s the same account statement that comes to you via U.S. mail. The only difference is that you control when you receive the statement, and you don’t have to worry about it getting lost or stolen in the mail.
You can enroll in eStatements through digital banking. You will need a valid email address to sign up to receive eStatements. We will notify you by email each time an eStatement becomes available.
eStatements are made available shortly after the last day of the month, once we have completed our daily update and the monthly account statements have been cycled.
Any account that you currently receive a monthly account statement for will have eStatements available online.
If you decide that you would rather receive your account statement via U.S. mail, all you need to do is log in to Online Banking and opt out of receiving eStatements.
Yes. eStatements are delivered in PDF format and can be easily printed and saved to your computer for retrieval anytime.
